Lindey ROCKS as a Leasing Consultant! Great place!
We are so happy to have found this place! We were in Nashville viewing apartments after being relocated for work when winter storm Jonas hit. The day we came to sign our lease at The Flats there was 8-10 inches of snow on the ground and we realized that we would be unable to travel back home to Savannah as planned, and we had already checked out of our hotel. We are so grateful to Lindey and the team at The Flats at Taylor Place for helping us find our first apartment in Nashville! We have just moved from Australia and I had heard stories from other colleagues who had also moved of not being able to find apartments or have applications accepted for up to 3 months... not ideal in the winter or when you're about to start a new job! First week in my new flat and it's FABULOUS! I love being a part of the Germantown neighborhood! The Flats have everything a gal could want! Great amenities, plenty of green walking space for the pup, close to fantastic restaurants, and a safe place to park my car! Downtown vibe with the luxury of a neighborhood feel. Happy to call this home!
Had great potential, but falls short in so many ways. A luxury apartment cares about the details and management. That's where this places misses the mark.
