RecommendedLet me start by saying that we love it here! My husband and I moved here for his job and decided to live in Germantown due to it being quiet, a close proximity to work and restaurants. Little did we know that moving into this complex would also bring us a sense of community. Our neighbors are some of the nicest people we have ever met, and I can say the same for management. The location can’t be better and the individual apartments are very nice. The shared amenities are ok, but not well taken care of. The hallways have trash in them on a regular basis and smell of garbage. The pool is often dirty and grills are often broken. The office staff is unprofessional and unresponsive.
This is a great property with really nice amenities (but not silly ones no one uses), friendly neighbors, and helpful staff. I’ve always had excellent service with maintenance requests and they truly are dog friendly. And you can’t beat the neighborhood!
I've lived at The Flats at Taylor Place for a little over a year now and could not be happier. The management is very professional and easy to work with. Their mantainance is quick to respond to any request. They have a cares team that plans multiple events monthly that are always fun and a great way to meet new people in our community. Not to mention the building, apartments and amenities are luxury living.
Great place to live. Great location within walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and the baseball stadium. The events held by the CAREs team are a lot of fun and a great way to meet new people.
