Pissed this is getting out of hand. been here for 4yrs n people that don't live here have 4 cars they spend the weekend at people's apt. us as residence have to park by swimming pool. we been parking by our apt and we can't do that anymore. They said only 2 cars allowed not true. they should sign us parking spaces.

We are on our 2nd lease here, it is a neighborhood feeling. Neighbors look out for one another & management always surprises kids with fall treats, Christmas cookies & hot chocolate, " furry " tenants are a valued part of the community. We appreciate living in a safe community .
I like to place overall I think it's very beautiful and quiet and more like community homes in moving in next month I don't do scorpions so what's the latest on the scorpions????????
I have been here for a little over a month and I love it. It feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. I sit outside in the evening and relax after work in a very calm atmosphere. For those of you who drive through and think it looks a bit bad, that is only because they are renovating a lot of units and the old cabinets are what you are seeing. (I had a co-worker make a comment about it)
It is Halloween time and management came up with the best theme. Offered all tenats and their children rides on a scooby mobile and a movie. I took wonderful pictures of the children having fun in a safe environmet. Thank you, Flats at Peoria for providing many people with a great place to live.
Very helpful staff and very beautiful place to live in.
