I love living at the Flats. I live on the second floor and don't hear a peep from my upstairs or downstairs neighbors. On top of that the staff in the office is great!
I have lived at the Flats for 6 months and can say that the experience has been excellent. Neighbors are great, pet policy and pet friendliness is outstanding! Treats are always given freely when my big dog visits the club house! Recently needed to change to a larger apartment and the management was gracious, helpful and more than accommodating! The staff are always friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile or several extra miles!!!
Just watch out for that creepy lady Janice in the Mini! Everything else is amazing!
