I’m in love with everything about this apartment itself and the community. The office staff, maintenance staff, and even all of our neighbors are so nice. The grounds are extremely well kept and maintenance comes out same day if we ever have any issues. We love that the office always has fun activities planned for the residents! Our apartment itself has been amazing. It’s the first apartment that feels like a home to me. #Lovetheflats
They take care of you as quickly as possible . If you have an issue they do their best to remendy it . I had a not so great beginning when I was applying but when I asked Tracey to take over she did and everything went smoothly from there ( plus she also took care of correcting the issue with the other employee ). I have been very happy here .

I ABSOLUTELY love living here!! It's quiet & I feel very safe living here. The office/maintenance staff is awesome!!! The area is being built up so much & a lot of businesses are right at your fingertips. I tell people all the time I will never move back to Indianapolis ever again! Tracy in the leasing office is absolutely amazing, love her!

I have lived in many states and have moved many times and never have I experienced such great customer service. The leasing manager Amara was more than accommodating. She went above and beyond her job wxpectations to meet my needs and make me feel welcome. I needed to move quickly and she was always prompt to make sure to respond to me quickly and make sure I had what I requested in a timely fashion.
