I was honestly so excited to tour a property downtown, and it ended up being such a disappointing experience. When I walked in, the greeting I received wasn’t very welcoming at all. Instead, I was immediately told that they don’t accept walk-ins and that tours are appointment only. The way it was said felt pretty dismissive and not very guest-friendly. I honestly hate even having to write this, but people need to be aware. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with an apartment complex. We did everything the right way. We gave proper notice. We even moved out weeks early. My name is Charlie and I have been living here with my Mommy for almost a year. She loves living at Madera because it is so close to everything. I love how friendly everyone in the community is to me as well. I get lots of wags from my fur friends everytime we go on a walk. All the big people tell me how cute and precious I am.
