While the apartments are well constructed and were a relatively pleasant place to live as far as layout and construction compared to other apartments, I do not recommend especially not to young women. The garage doors are broken constantly and the doors to the hallways allowing anyone in. Several times the electronic locks for the doors were not functioning properly to certain hallways so I had to spend 5 minutes accessing a broken door to enter a different part of the building and run get to my apartment. First time living in an apartment and it has been better than expected experience. Love the amenities! Staff is so friendly, especially Lauryn. She gave us the tour and is the reason we decided not to look any further. Highly recommended.
I’ve been living at Madera at Left Bank for a year now, and I’m genuinely excited to renew my lease. The staff here are professional, fun, and incredibly efficient — they make living here a joy. Work orders are consistently completed within 24 hours, and I rarely experience recurring issues. The resident events and amenities are top-notch. Cons: - Sink has not been working properly since we have moved in and has been backing up despite talking with multiple people and several “fixes.” - Management doesn’t seem to care and has no interest in getting issues resolved in a timely manner after the sink issue lasting since move in (39 day) - We feel as if we are getting blame shifted onto us for sink not working despite the sink backing up after the third fix after water only going down. - Paint splattered in some areas of the apartment. - Cracks in dry wall - Thing... read more
Madera LeftBank has been such a great place to live. You can literally walk to anything from the grocery store to breakfast, lunch or dinner! Not to mention, the three gyms or numerous trails to help keep you in shape. Life after 50 downtown been such a fun adventure
