I am writing this review as a resident that has lived at LeftBank since May 2020; the leasing staff and maintenance team can do no more than the responsive and quality service they are already doing. (1) There's no pest problem here because if pest services are needed that's only a phone call or maintenance request away. Since being bought by a new company they have only cared about appearance and bringing in new people instead of maintaining for the current tenants. The elevator in the main building was broken for months and it was the only elevator that went to the sixth floor so it became inaccessible besides by stairwell and fifth floor was also hard to access. They decided the middle of summer was the perfect time to redo their main pool and shut it down for at least six weeks (currently still closed) so three buildings were expected to... read more
