Paid my fees and have not heard from anyone since and it’s been almost two weeks. They took my money and have yet to respond to any calls or emails.
Absolutely love this apartment complex!!! Looking to possibly relocate due to job hunting as an RN student, and toured Madera at LeftBank. Sophia was absolutely amazing. Very thorough and really sold how great the location is and how amazing the units are along with the amenities. The amenities are truly so impressive. Beautiful pool and lounge areas. And they have pool tables in the clubs rooms, which really sold me. Definitely moved this place to the top of my list.
BUGS BUGS BUGS, Lots of cockroaches, A/C broke for over a week in mid July, Broken washing machine, that was never fixed, and my car was vandalized multiple times, not happy with this company, and excited to leave
I’ve never left a bad review before, but Madera at Leftbank deserves the warning. After nearly a year of constant issues — broken A/C in July, no working washer, no security cameras (my car was vandalized 3 times), and cockroaches everywhere — I can’t wait to move out. Management is slow to respond and unhelpful. Think twice before signing a lease here.
This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a negative review, but potential renters deserve a heads-up. Living at Madera at Leftbank has been nothing but frustrating. The A/C has been out for over a week during peak summer heat, and we were only given a weak window unit after repeated complaints. Maintenance crew is nice and helpful, but seems as if front office wants nothing to do with helping residents. Our washer broke and was never fixed.
