Unit 2304!!!! I’ve experienced MAJOR water damage here twice- in December 2022 and again in January 2026 - due to the freezing emergency sprinkler pipe. The repeated nature of these events is extremely concerning, considering it happened twice in the exact same spot. The first incident in December 2022, the sprinkler pipe burst and my walls were leaking/filling with a green and brown fluid. SERIOUS BLACK MOLD IN CORNER UNIT 452. Previous ownership painted over it and claimed they fixed it after knowing we had a baby in the unit. Flat out lied to me like I was born yesterday and claimed they “rebuilt the Sheetrock.” They left it as a problem for the new ownership. It is serve black mold in the water closet, master closet and under the carpet in the master bedroom. THEFT! So much theft here! Our storage unit has been broken into an insane amount of times and now our garage is being broken into EVERY night! Stole my brand new bike and constantly stealing tools. They are under new management and I wanted to give them a chance before the review but they just keep telling us to file police reports and genuinely don’t care. Had an amazing apartment. I liked the amount of space and the area minus the noise from being right next to the train track. However, the property is not well maintained and communication is horrible. Calls were never answered had to go in person. Maintenance requests were left ignored. We didn’t have a working water heater for over 1 month and staff did not really care at all. Overall for the most part did not have issues with pests, but towards the end of my lease we did get ants.
