He is the most awesome Chris maintenance human. He goes above and beyond he needs a raise. Josette is very patient kind proficient and went above and beyond and helped thru my crisis until it was resolved. I greatly appreciate the new staff!
Awful management and customer service. Overpriced one bedroom where you can hear everything your neighbor does. Almost two months past move out and have yet to receive my security deposit back. Stay away from this complex, there are much better value apartments available in Beverly.
131 RANTOUL STREET HAD THREE MAJOR WATER MAIN BREAKS DURING THE FIRST 4 YEARS THAT THE BUILDING OPENED FOR TENANCY..! THERE IS MOLD AND CONTAMINATION IN THE WATER. MICE AND RATS AND OF COURSE THEIR FECES.....! OVERPRICED, WITH NO AMENITIES AND I LOVE HOW THEY MENTION BROAD PARKING THAT'S IF YOU DRIVE A MOTORCYCLE OR YOU RIDE A BIKE TO AND FROM WORK...?
