No call no show for appointment. Called for an updated ETA and politely asked if I needed to reschedule. I was then told they would call the tech and call me back with an update. That never happened so after 45 minutes I called back and my calls were ignored and then forwarded to voicemail. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Terrible customer service.
