Of our $300k+ renovation, working with them as a supplier (spent over $10K here) is the actual only thing I regret. From selling us shower hardware without properly explaining that the hand held faucet only work INSTEAD of the overhead, to pushing American Standard over Toto, to not explaining toilet colors matching sink colors (once I switched to Chown in portland, they helped this immediately), to selling us thw incorrect drain and making us pay a restocking fee. Fixture gallery has a good selection!
I had a plumber waiting at my house while I ran over to the Gallery to get a new toilet for him to install. They helped me immediately as they understood the pressure I was under and I left with just what I needed in about 10 minutes. They could not have been nicer---thank you Betsy Dickinson
