I love Phase. It's a great local space for intentional, flexible, and well-designed fitness classes for holistic strength and flexibility. It is a bargain, super close to home, AND you don't have to book classes in advance - you can just show up at any of the class times that work for you and get your work out in! I love this gym. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and open to new comers. The location is great, and the space is big enough to do whatever workout you need, but small enough that you don't feel like your in a warehouse. 10/10

I’ve been a member of this gym for nearly two years, and I truly love it. I’ve learned so much, gotten stronger, and feel better both physically and mentally. The classes are challenging without being intimidating, and the coaches genuinely care—they take the time to get to know you and consistently motivate you to be your best!

I love Phase Performance. Megan is amazing and it's exactly what I've been looking for in Birmingham. I get to play with Domino and Georgie, listen to fun music and get a great workout. 10/10

Phase Performance is hands-down one of the best fitness communities I’ve experienced. The coaching is exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in helping each person improve, regardless of fitness level. Every workout is thoughtfully programmed, challenging without being intimidating, and focused on doing things the right way. Great culture and fun people!
