I love the Fit Facility. It's a great local space for intentional, flexible, and well-designed fitness classes for holistic strength and flexibility. The Fit Facility is a bargain, super close to home, AND you don't have to book classes in advance - you can just show up at any of the class times that work for you and get your work out in! This is what gyms should all be like. No judgment and lots of support. I am a plus size woman, so gyms have not always felt like somewhere I belonged, but Fit Facility is different. I'm one of the bigger people in the gym, but have never once felt like I've been treated different by coach or any of the other gym members. Jake is pretty low-key and is unbelievable at meeting people where they're at and adjusting things when needed so that everyone gets a great workout.
Can't beat this place! Jake is an Amazing instructor and the atmosphere is something I look forward to! The workouts are designed very well and you can literally feel yourself getting stronger!!!
Fit Facility is the most fun I've had at a gym in a long time! Jake is a great coach - friendly, approachable, and knowledgable. He knows when to step in to help and when to leave you to get on with things. The classes are a good balance - it's easy to get started, and there are always options to push yourself harder as you progress. I can't recommend Fit Facility highly enough!
