It is clear to me why the Fisherman asked this lady to marry him. Her cooking ability is extraordinary, but moreover, her ability to present a work of food art, is incomparable. The fried flounder was recommended to me by Tasha this evening. Not only is Tasha a perfect host, but her recommendation was spot on. The diamond cutting of the flounder flesh, presented a crispy side to the soft as butter side of the flounder meat. What a dish. What presentation and what amazing flavor.
