It's a great place but they need to train their bussers to be a little more polite and quiet they bang dishes around when they pick them up or put them down on your table and when they bus the tables need to learn to be a little more politely courteous and respectful with the noise level other than that everything was great the view the food my wait person!

Appetizer was good. I ordered a medium rare steak and got a well done steak. Nearly $50 for a grossly bad steak. The waiter never checked on us to even send it back.

I actually love this place- but my waiter charged me for milk when we didn't order any and was rude when I told him we might have our neighbor's check since I heard them ordering what we had. The hostess also seemed stressed and was very short with me at seating. Been coming here for about 5 years now but this last experience with staff this time around really put me off. Seems that management needs to work on training.

Great service, good food, just a little pricy. $134 for three for lunch. Did include three very pricy bloody Mary's though. Kind of expected it and grandson hadn't been there before or to Monterey so......

Overpriced, small portions, server who was not friendly, and soggy tasteless rice.

The host/hostess was very unfriendly and not very kind at all. They didn't allow us to sit down first while waiting for the rest of our party, didn't even offer us to at least sit at the waiting area/ bar. The restaurant wasn't really full but they gave us really lousy table by the outside where they sells foods. It was really cold. The only staff that gave excellent service was Ismail ( our wait person)
