Great view, friendly service, tasty food! Yummy lemon drop!
Waiting at the bar for over 10 minutes, servers totally ignoring our party. Some one (not black) sits down next to him and IMMEDIATELY gets service! SMH...just not good...totally pissed!!! BOO...

I never write reviews but my experience here breaks my heart. I grew up going to Old Fishermans Grotto my childhood and have so many fond memories of it. O had always planned on taking my children there however when they became child unfriendly I switched to the fish hopped. I went for a few years with my kids, and just had two wonderful meals at the location in Kona this past month which was very accommodating to my family. One of my favorite places to eat off Cannery Row. Great ambiance and good service. Food was delicious and couldn't have asked for a better seat which overlooks the ocean. #jumboprawns #shrimplouiesalad

My wife and I were in town to celebrate her birthday a week early because I'm starting a new job on her special day. We stop at the Fish Hopper for lunch every time because the food and the wait staff are on point. My wife enjoyed her Artichoke Pasta and I always order the Sand Dabs. Jerry has been our waiter the last few times we've been there and I appreciate his thoughtfulness yesterday in bringing my wife a lovely dessert to make her feel special!
