I had a very disappointing experience with Josh and the management team. Instead of helping identify the issue with my application, Josh repeatedly referred me to a link in the system and was unable to explain what was actually wrong with my documents. I recently stayed at 5550. I have to say, everything was above and beyond. Josh was next level helpful. The location was great. We had easy access to everything around us. 100% stay again
5550 was amazing. Josh is beyond helpful. The layout was awesome. The amenities top notch. Everything about it said elegance, sophistication and upper class atmosphere. I"d 100% come back every time i visit this cesspool known as hollywood (I grew up here)
Had a wonderful experience staying in the Guest Suite. Josh was amazing from check-in to check-in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Location was great, near great food and easy access to activities! The Pool and gym were awesome! We would 100% stay again. Thanks for everything!
