Extreamly unsatisfied in the 5 months of living here. We dont feel safe to order any packages here anymore. Packages get stolen in the " locked building with security". There is no organization in that mail room. My mail box was also left open for hours along with several other 100 tenants. Wish i knew about the theft in this building prior to moving. I moved out since mid-June, and I still haven’t received my full security deposit refund. I’ve been waiting since July 7 when I was told a new check would be sent, but even after a month and a half, nothing has arrived. I’ve called twice, but the staff couldn’t provide any help and only said someone would call me back—yet no one ever did. I also sent an email, but got no response. This is extremely unprofessional. When will I finally get my money back?
I have a friend that lives there. His unit is small, but nicely appointed luxury apartment. It's very close to transit and shopping. And it's on Hollywood Blvd. Location location location! This location is hard to beat!
