Not Worth It! Good: The apartment size is good. Bad: maintenence & management sucks. I have been here for almost two years and eveytime I go in the office i see someone new. They call themselves redoing the road, but there are big pot holes by the first and second speed bump. Everything in my apartment is spray painted and barely hanging on. The walls are paper thin. I hear everything in my downstairs and both of my next door neighbors home.
Do not stay here! Management doesn't care for tenants and Rhonda the assistant manager treats you like you are scum as if your issues in the apartments don't matter and as far as the Property Manager she is never in the office and there no way you can contact her also they are crackheads walking around and no security ever here and your not even allows to use the clubhouse for your own personal use! -Very upset Tentant
Tenant I have enjoyed living at Bedford Park Townhouse since Foshee Management took over the property.
