ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!! I have been living here for several months and this is one of the worst apartments in Montgomery. The ladies that work in the office are very lazy they don’t answer calls or help you when need. Maintenance does not come I have 4 work orders in since July and no one has came to fix anything. The pool and gym were supposed to be open in the summer but it is December and neither are open. There is a very bad roach problem. Too many dog... (Verified Renter) Too many dog owners walk their pets off leash; these are often pit bull owners and large dogs. They often do this during the hours that staff is not on site. The pit bull owners seem to always manage to let their dogs escape and roam the property.

The Good DOES NOT Outweigh The Bad Good: The apartment size is great for price. (I have 2bed/2bath) Bad: maintenence & management sucks. I have been here for almost two years and eveytime I go in the office they have raised the rent and changed the name. They call themselves redoing the road, but there are big pot holes by the first and second speed bump. Everything in my apartment is spray painted and barely hanging on. The walls are paper thin. Bad Management and Maintenance. I am currently living here! I moved here in May and my first week here everything was falling apart! My laundry room door fell off in May and it is now October and it just got put up a week ago. My light in my master bath was flickering so bad I saw it sparking from the light switch. It took them a month to come fix that. It had gotten so bad that my light wouldn't even come on!
