The team and residents at Lincoln Green are amazing.
I do not recommend living here. The one plus is that it is great location to the park. Front desk staff has no sense of customer service since switching over to new management. They are rude and short when you have a question, or they all give different answers so there is no consistency. Ever time there was an issue with the rent billing they would blame the system, no one would take responsibility or come up with a better solution (this was the same excuse for over 6 months!) I must give a shout out to RJ, Maintenance. He handled a horrific problem with grace,. Here it was 6:08pm and he returned the call and was quickly on the rode from Winston-Salem. What a guy and a great asset for The Fields!!
Let me start by saying, property management is a tough business. Working at the largest apartment community in Greensboro, makes it even tougher.
