RecommendedI don’t interact much with my neighbors and am disappointed with the number of residents that are disrespectful of the property and policies. However, I can’t rave enough about the professionalism of the office staff and the prompt responses from the maintenance team. They do everything possible to make living here a home. I love my apartment, the view of the lake, the proximity of the fitness center, and distance to the park. I have been here since 2010, so clearly I am satisfied overall.
RecommendedGreat community, wonderful staff. The area is perfect!! Close to everything but you don’t feel like you are in the middle of the city.

This is a great community! The location is great and the staff is amazing. They have always been tentative to our needs or concerns and they genuinely care about their tenants. Any information that I need is always in my email and if I have questions, the office staff members are always eager to help out. We are looking forward to renewing our lease!
This place is awful! I have been there for two years out of necessity. My heat and air have gone out 7 times and not once did they offer to do anything for me. Twice this week it has gone out and they didn’t even have the decency to call me back and say they were sticking a window unit in instead (which still only keeps the nights to 80 degrees).
