A decent place to live. Rent went up by $30 a month again this year, which isn’t ideal. On the bright side the current office manager is kind and competent. If an issue arose she was quick to get it dealt with and always kept me updated. The property still needs more maintenance workers. There has been some storm damage from this spring that has yet to be dealt with and I know there is a backlog of maintenance requests from tenants.
The Property is on its way back to how things should be. We have had lots of turnover for our property managers having 4 property managers in 3 years. Overall the amenities are good and the rent is affordable. We have not had a dedicated maintenance person in a while. The property is great however the inconsistency in staff can be hard to keep up with.
Overall, it’s been a good living experience! I will be going into my second year living here. The area is very quiet and feels safe. The units are nice and have some updated features. Decent pool, laundry facility, and fitness center. Maintenance requests were delayed for awhile at one point, but things have turned around a lot in the last few months and they are handled efficiently now. Lilly, the property manager has also always been very kind and quick to answer any questions that came up.
I've enjoyed my year living here and recently renewed my lease. The managers and staff are friendly and easy to talk to. I've had to ask for maintenance a few times over the past year, and the experience has been reasonable: maintenance and repairs are often done the day they're requested, or we set a date to have it taken care of. I have lived in this complex for over 4 years and just signed on for one more year. I have had a good experience in both a one and two bedroom unit. Any time I've had problems, management and maintenance has been prompt to address it. Overall it has been a good place to live.

Been here for a few years now. It’s quite and pet friendly. Apartments are nice as well.
I have lived at the Field Apartments for two years now, and am still as satisfied with my experience as when I moved in! The property management team has been great to work with, and is always making sure everyone is well taken care of. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly, and the grounds are kept very nicely. I am so glad I chose the Field Apartments to make my home for the past two years!
