Had the best experience here. I’ve been looking forward to leaving this review!! Every time we visited it was like no one had a bad day. They were always so nice and compassionate and wanted us to get pregnant just as much as we did! Felt like we were supported every step of the way during that trying time of our lives. Writing this currently rocking my 2 week old baby boy. I thought this day would never come. Thank you guys! Can’t wait to bring him in to meet who helped bring him into this world!
This place has truly been amazing. I have been through a hard journey, which I know none of this is easy for anyone, but the team has been so positive and loving and helpful towards me. The communication has been so crystal clear, and on top of that multiple people on staff have gone out of their way to check on me And message me during my journey. Make sure you look at the paperwork & ask about the price and keep the receipt! They can’t do there job right! & they do not communicate
My partner and I went through two IUIs and two rounds of IVF at The Fertility Center Knoxville under the care of Dr. Donesky. While the nursing and front office staff were consistently kind and professional, I never felt fully confident in Dr. Donesky’s care. He personally performed only one of my procedures, and I often felt a lack of empathy and attentiveness that I believe is essential in fertility treatment.
