it’s an OK place to live some of the management look very annoyed or bored or don’t seem to really care about the residence that much or fake like they care. and you can hear people being loud in the backyard from your apartment building:

DO NOT LIVE HERE. While the proximity to everything in the town center is awesome, this place is NOT worth it. I signed when buzzuto still managed the Fenestra apts and it was a completely different place at that time. Now, managed by Morguard, this place is a disaster that is straight falling apart while their property management team does little about it. TL;DR - Never rent from Morguard. They will try to steal your money. I called them out multiple times and I can only imagine how many people don’t inspect / question their bills and lose money to Morguard. They’re either stealing your money on purpose or their staff is incompetent. From my experience over the past two years both are entirely possible. WORST place I've ever lived. Hallways & elevators reek of cigarettes & marijuana, dogs bark for hrs on end, puddles of dog pee in the elevator, dog poo in the courtyard. this place is a toxic waste dump. fleas in the hallways from the neglected dogs. management does nothing.
Horrible complex. Maintenance is non existent
