The Feed Trough has always been helpful previously. I'm a teacher looking for an incubator and chick supplies. They did not have these items in stock this time around but offered to order what was needed. Another local store has what I need in stock, so I'll go with that. I have dealt with the FT many times before and was always pleased. The FT manager and employees were kind and helpful this time around as well.
Shane is back and now he's the manager. Jennifer moved away unfortunately. Shane is excellent with the customers. Great service and makes sure there is a great product selection. It's also great to see Lefty. Welcome back Shane and Lefty!
I cannot praise the gal at this store enough!! We've recently moved to the area and I went to three other feed stores looking for a pneumabort shot for my mare. No one even knew what I was talking about, they looked like I was speaking a foreign language. I felt so frustrated, then one of my coworkers suggested I try here because they're "good and know what they're talking about." I'd say they're more then good, they're freaking amazing...made my day!
