Mr. Dobbs and his team were outstanding. The process took longer than anticipated but that was at least, in part, due to covid. Overall I am very satisfied.

Patrick and John were fantastic! Great communication and knowledgeable however the process was frustrating with the VA loan. Things continued to change and fees added by the VA and at every step something else was needed repeatedly. Once closed it took awhile for it to be processed and we ended up not getting the cash out until after the new year.
