Timothy Delaney did a great job.He was knowledgeable, courteous, quick, and great at explaining everything each step of the way.He explained when there could be a hiccup in the process and how we would get through them before they happened. My experience with the Federal Savings Bank in our refinancing experiencing was comforting at a time in which "comfort" is difficult to find. Our loan was not closed as quickly as we had anticipated due to some issues with some of our credit and a few changes we requested along the way. Austin Downs was our banker after a while into my loan process.
