Started a mortgage loan with them in May. As of November 9, 2023 nothing has happened. I had to pay for an appraisal and termite inspection, which I am out over $600. They never contacted me to say that my loan was approved or disapproved. As of today I am still waiting to hear from them. I would not recommend them at all.
