Wonderful experience going through this Loan process. Smooth sailing from cradle to grave. Had my funds in less than 3 days.

The team was very helpful and communicative during the whole process which made everything go quite smoothly. They were patient and understanding with delays in getting necessary documents and were always available when I had questions. When there was an issue that came up, they worked hard to make it right. I have now done both my first mortgage and refinance with Federal Savings and would go through them again if I ever needed to.
