Great team in the Parts Department
Wanted to say what a Blessing Jim Carroll (sales) and Dave (Finance) were to my wife and I. We went in with a plan for getting reliable transportation and with Jim and Dave's help came up with a great plan. We were able to buy a safe and reliable car for my wife. To clairify my position, their parts department are the best people I have ever done business with. The sales staff is friendly and helpful. However, the people that work back in their F&I office, David B, are criminals and are incapable of telling the truth. I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership even if they were the last Jeep dealer on the planet. I have successfully referred 3 people who have purchased a new Jeep to another dealership.
