Amazing doctor
This office is so hard to get ahold of. I’ve only gotten ahold of them one time to make an appointment and every time ive tried to call after that they don’t pick up and it says their mailbox isn’t set up so I can’t even leave a message. I’ve tried using the patient portal to send an urgent message to both the doctor and the nurse days ago and still have not received an answer or call back.
Dr. Reed was very informative and coming from kaiser it was a huge relief. So glad I switched over a great doctor. Jaden and Leigh at the front desk always kept me in the loop about referrals and such. My experience with the family doctor was great and I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Yelp this office and wanted to be a patient with this family Doctor. I made an appointment with receptionist and was really excited for my appointment. Received a text to send the same information I gave over the phone, but I thought not too because information was already given.
