Dr. Reed was very informative and coming from kaiser it was a huge relief. So glad I switched over a great doctor. Jaden and Leigh at the front desk always kept me in the loop about referrals and such. My experience with the family doctor was great and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Yelp this office and wanted to be a patient with this family Doctor. I made an appointment with receptionist and was really excited for my appointment. Received a text to send the same information I gave over the phone, but I thought not too because information was already given. I called on my appointment day to confirm my appointment and they told me my appointment was cancelled. I asked them why and their reason was I didn’t send the requested information. Dr Reed has always been very helpful to me and my husband. He has great medical experience and great sympathy to patients.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Reed and his office staff. I suffered a debilitating shoulder injury, which left me in 9 to 10 level pain. I was constantly thinking “should I go to the emergency room?” Dr. Reed saw me on the video conferencing app and misdiagnosed my injury as simple bursitis. He referred me for an x-ray and also physical therapy, BUT that’s when his office stopped communicating. After the X-ray I couldn't get a follow up with Doctor Reed.
