I do not recommend this place. There are rats and cockroaches, and the apartments are in desperate need of maintenance, including plumbing and bathroom repairs. The playground is in terrible condition—the plastic flooring is lifted and full of dirt. The pool is never open. Over time, the rat and roach infestation only gets worse in total 5 rats in the apartment, and instead of solving the problem, the office blames the tenants.
Es asqueroso que hay ratas en los apartamentos y se suben a los muebles y la estufa, dejan sus desechos en la estufa y muebles de cocina. Es realmente desesperante y estresante. Todo el tiempo que he estado aquí he tenido ratas y la administración no me ayuda. Solo viene y pone un poco de espuma yo he comprado todas las trampas de ratas y no hay solución duradera para el tema
