Security here is zero! The gate is sometimes left open. The security guard leaves his car light on, but he's not inside, he disappears. Non-residents sneak in behind residents' cars to steal entry. I've seen people entering the wrong way, taking advantage of a car leaving and the gate taking a while to close. Why don't they put a security guard at the building entrance? This property deserves a zero-star rating for its appalling lack of organization, unprofessional conduct, and severe hygiene issues. We were expected to pay a deposit and sign numerous documents for an apartment we weren't allowed to inspect until move-in. There was no guarantee of the actual apartment's layout, as the "show units" didn't reflect reality, and the rental agent's verbal assurances were constantly shifting and unreliable. I’ve been a resident at The Falls at Marina Bay for the past 12 months and have never had any issues—until a broken pipe in the unit above caused a leak in my apartment. The response from the maintenance team, especially Kirk, was outstanding. They acted immediately, brought in Deco Dry, and had 11 fans running within minutes. Beautiful Place, Bad Leasing Experience When you have a property that is nice and in demand, I suppose it's easy to forget customer service and the little details that really set you apart from other communities. That was the overwhelming feeling that I had as I went through the application process, which turned out to be the worst that I've ever experienced.
