I was going to fly down to rent an apartment here after reading these reviews I'm very concerned. The reviews from years ago are horrible at least there's a few good ones now. More research I guess
Rent (1 bed): $1750-$2100+/month As of 8/29/2024, new management requires renters insurance for new leases (by law they can't force existing leases to acquire renters insurance) The housekeeping staff here is great, especially Mary, as well as the head maintenance, Kurt. She handled the issue I was facing quickly, professionally, and exactly how a great manager should. It's refreshing to see someone so efficient and caring in this community. I ONLY Gave 1 Star Because It Would Not Let Me Leave A Review Without. This Is By Far One Of The Worst Apartment Complex That Anyone Can Rent From Especially If You Have Kids. ** Please read before making a decision to live here: I was forced to break my lease after enduring ongoing marijuana and cigarette smoke entering my apartment, which was severely affecting my health. Despite raising multiple complaints, there was no evidence that management took any real steps to resolve the issue.
