Falls at Marina Bay Apartments is a beautiful property nicely landscaped and right on the water. I want to especially thank Thomas and Alexandra for their outmost professionalism and care during the tour of the property and apartment units. We look forward to moving to Falls at Marina Bay! Dr. J.
Rent (1 bed): $1800-$2200+/month As of 8/29/2024, new management, RKW Residential, requires renters insurance for new leases (by law they can't force existing leases to acquire renters insurance). New management also requires all tenants to pay by Alfred app, they will not accept any other means of payment (Alfred app doesn't always work, keeps crashing or holds you on the processing request screen indefinitely).
