I have lived here for a little over a month and a half and thoroughly enjoy it here. It is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and it is conveniently located close to my work and where I like to shop. The management staff led by Jade is professional, friendly, and caring. They respond in a timely manner whenever I have a question or have need of maintenance repair. This move has been a great move for me. Glad to be here.
I love living at The Falls at Brookhaven. It's in a great area, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the community is kept clean. I love that it is pet friendly and offers a dog run area and larger dog park!
Lived here for about a month and a half! We love the apartment. Had a few minor things go wrong so we called into the office. They were super friendly and had someone out the same day to fix it. We have a dog and love they have all the accommodations and a dog run to play.
although i have some complaints about the place, overall the falls is a nice place to live in. the workers are friendly and everything is convenient. there's a 7-eleven and walmart across the street.
The Falls is a nice place to live and the rent is great! The convenience of the nearby shopping centers and a Walmart Neighborhood Market is a plus too.
Awesome management and the newer look really "WOWS" you!!! Awesome looking apartment homes!!!
