I Just Moved in about 1 month ago with my Daughter and her husband and I Love this place. Friendly people and very close to everything I need.
I honestly love living at The Falls! The management keeps this place beautiful all year long. The apartments are amazing and have updated appliances. The neighbors are friendly. It’s also in the most convenient location in Norman. Right across the interstate from university north park.
I have lived here for almost 2 years now..highly recommend this place..friendly staff and management..very personable..very quiet and clean grounds..love it here
I have lived at The Falls for 4 years now. I have a 30 mile commute to work from here. There are several apt complexes that would make my commute shorter, but I just keep renewing here for several reasons: The apts are nice, new, and updated; the staff is friendly and knowledgeable; the rent is fair; the location is great on the west side of Norman. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here.
The have excellent customer service! And do everything in their power to make your experience pleasant!
Great place to live while we waiting on a home purchase. The house buying clause is an excellent benefit to be able to end lease without penalties. Staff is very helpful and this is a great community to live in. Been here for over 3 years.
