The longer I live here the more I grow indifferent.
First of all I have to say I never rate anything online, but I absolutely love this community! My AC went out the other day and when I called the office, they submitted an emergency request and it was fixed before nightfall. I know a lot of people have said they don't like the new management but I honestly beg to differ! This will be my second year here and I highly recommend this place to anyone!
Very spacious rooms, closets and cabinets!!! The office folks are very nice and try to help! Nice area to walk my dogs.
Have lived here 6 years and loved it until recently. New management company (Zaremba out of Ohio) is rude and disrespectful to residents. Their head of maintenance actually STOLE my doormat! I saw it there in his golf cart and politely asked him to return it. But he refused. Said it was not permissible. If he had a problem with my doormat, surely he could have found a better way to handle this! Previous management was focused on keeping their residents happy and content. I loved the property before Crowne sold it. I'm currently battling an issue with my water bill. I live in a 2 br/ 2 bath apt. and water bill is running over 200$ per month, which management doesn't seem to be concerned about. This is in comparison to about 70$ per month everyone else in the unit with the same size apt. as mine.
First off maintenance sucks hard, I see several off them riding around in their golf carts on their phones!! And yes we've renewed our lease and our price did go up with very little notice & they did not offer a consestion of any kind for tenants that renewed their lease!! I've had to call them back for things they claim they fix!! And when they don't understand the work order they do nothing!! I've also asked the front office if something could be done about some tenants with dogs that do not pick up after them & they walk ... read more
