BEWARE!!! Many leaks in apartments - some leaks old before you move in - moisture in walls causing issues. Windows leak!! Apartment Mgr Yvonne Varwig calls it condensation! Water pours in from the outside, puddles on the floor. Calls, go by office, written requests for help - never once did the manager come by to see the mold! She said put a "towel in the window" - are you kidding me?? Photos are available - truly unbelievable! City and County had to come require repairs be made. This place is my least favorite apartment that I have lived in and I can't wait until my lease is up. Some of the staff members need to take Chick-fil-A customer service classes. When my lease is up im running as fast as I can from this place.
I'm currently living here and im loving it. Looking forward to resigning my lease.
Sometimes serving the community might be a challenge, i salute the maintainance crew in their effort and perfect service they deliver to the residents of this complex. Having been here for more than 8 years i will never forget these dedicated men who ride on golf carts to make us comfortable no matter the weather conditions.....KUDOS!!! GUYS YOUR REWARD IS ON THE WAY.
Very nice place my daughter lives there now. If she needs anything they come and check it out very quickly
