Great place We moved in 10 months ago. We're very pleased with our decision - all new paint/carpeting on move-in; convenient covered parking; concierge staff very helpful and friendly; interesting neighbors (although it can be challenging to meet in large building); quick attention to repairs; no pests that we've noticed; free laundry, gym and clubroom. Yes! I relocated to Florida, and sadly was not able to renew my lease. The office personnel were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way regardless of my request or confusion. The facilities personnel always took great care of the common areas of the property: snow was removed as it fell, salt was spread so you could safely get to your vehicle, leaves and fallen branches were promptly taken care of. Completely Disappointed! The worst experience that we had in rental buildings ever from last year that the manager changed. They constantly have constructions inside and outside. They use drills all the time with loud noises in the parking lot. My little son even can't have a nap during day for more than a months now. previous resident My lease at the Fairways just ended on 1/31/15 and I'm glad I didn't renew. The apartment its self is okay. Quality of the apartment is poor- paint chips easy, noise from Neighbors, cold draft constantly on lower level, not enough cabinet space, snow removal HORRIBLE! Lastly, parking policy is ridiculous! You can't have visitors passed 8pm and if you do you need a guess pass. I thought i moved in with my parents when i seen this policy.

Beware! The prices are always increasing. No maintenance when requested. Staff is unprofessional when the main manager is not on site. There is a very annoying concierge and assistant manager, makes cruel and snide remarks about others within earshot. (Most of the people who clean-up are pleasant).
Love this apartment! I am a resident and I think this place is fabulous! I disagree with the prior review... the maintenance department is top notch. You simply submit a request online and get prompt resolution to the problem. You can give permission for workers to enter your apartment anytime or only when you are present. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great... directly on Fresh Pond.
Very disappointing management staff Seriously disappointed at Parkside Place management after being a long time residence. 1. No advance notice for maintenance repair 2. Left hand saw tool and sharp objects on the floor 3. Apartment doors was left open twice when I got home The senior property manager is not even apologetic after these series of incident.
excellent 12 yrs My family and I have lived here for 12 yrs and this is my home. I love it here, the manager (sarah) is a pleasure to work with and the maintence team is always on time. The overall staff is excel;lent and I enjoy living there. I am proud to call thisplace my home.
