Aaron may be the BEST coach I have ever come across! He's so attentive to every detail to ensure you lift safely, and he's always very encouraging! (On top of that, he's a super nice guy with lots of interesting stories to tell!) I pretty much only did the noon class or open gym, but the other coaches were very nice and friendly, too! I recommend this gym!

Nice facility. Mediocre upkeep. Good coaches. Poor ownership 😔 I think Aaron means well and if there was a person in charge of the other tasks this would be a very top notch gym. I am a little bit of a perfectionist is why I give a harsh review. All people that are part of this community are friendly.

I’ve gone to a lot of gyms and the Factory is the only place worth staying. Super dedicated staff, and the owner, Aaron, is probably one of the best guys you’ll ever meet. I’ve enjoyed every single workout here. I’m also in the best shape of my life! I’m posting a pic of my first day there.

Aaron let my partner and I drop in for a workout while we stayed in Ames. I can definitely see why this is the “it” CrossFit Gym. We are Powerlifters and we were the only ones there, it was quiet. Aaron is super friendly.
