Nice facility. Mediocre upkeep. Good coaches. Poor ownership 😔 I think Aaron means well and if there was a person in charge of the other tasks this would be a very top notch gym. I am a little bit of a perfectionist is why I give a harsh review. All people that are part of this community are friendly.

I’ve gone to a lot of gyms and the Factory is the only place worth staying. Super dedicated staff, and the owner, Aaron, is probably one of the best guys you’ll ever meet. I’ve enjoyed every single workout here. I’m also in the best shape of my life! I’m posting a pic of my first day there.

Aaron let my partner and I drop in for a workout while we stayed in Ames. I can definitely see why this is the “it” CrossFit Gym. We are Powerlifters and we were the only ones there, it was quiet. Aaron is super friendly.

This Factory has it all! Great high quality Olympic weightlifting set-up, CrossFit Classes, HIIT classes and the coaches are amazing! Drop in for a class or just to use the gym! The Owner doesn’t cut any corners with it comes to equipment, programming and knowledgeable coaches.
