They are more expensive than some of the other lock companies, but their employees are licensed, bonded and insured. It is nice to know the guy that chanaged your locks didn't keep a key for himself and his friends. They do charge mileage to your house and they charge by the hour, so don't ask the guy a lot of questions until he has already handed you the bill :)
