I got a bill dated 10/02/19, for services from a year ago, 10/08/2018! We haven't even lived in the state since November. I'm so frustrated. I saw the doctor, ordered glasses, and came back and paid the balance in full. This is the first I've heard of it and we had our mail forwarded.
I came in with an eye issue, had a 3:00 appointment. No one seemed to be in a rush while I sit with a mind numbing headache. Finally go in at 3:15 to see a dr, staff seemed clueless throughout the process and very unprofessional. It took longer for them to fill out their side of paperwork than for the exam and when I check out I have a $50 co-pay and when I ask if I’ll be charged for the follow up (which I had to TELL the receptionist about), all she says is ‘I don’t know, that’ll be up to the dr’. Went in to find out what is going on with my eye. Have a severe headache and waited almost 20 minutes to be seen. Outside of the dr, staff was very unprofessional and SLOW. Front desk staff was extremely rude and not courteous at all. When I asked about a follow up appointment and how much it would cost, the person behind the desk said ‘that’s up to the dr’ and left it at that. I won’t be going back to this location and neither will my son, who wears glasses. Work on your staff, they need a class on customer service skills.
Paid for glasses and then when they came in, there where additional charges. They stated my insurance did not cover some things. They should have knew what was covered or not covered when I initially ordered glasses. Probably won’t go back!
RecommendedThe doctors and staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I felt listened to, and they explained everything very well. They are even open Tuesdays until 7pm and Saturday mornings for folks that work regular 8-5 jobs and can't take off of work.
