Here at The EyeDoctors, we are proud of our Kansas heritage and how we have grown with the communities around us. Our practice began in 1969 in Manhattan. Shortly after, in 1970, we opened our second office location in Council Grove. Scheduled my appointment two weeks ago only to be met with “we don’t have an appointment for you” when I came in for my scheduled appointment today. I already took PTO to come to this appointment, it’s a inconvenience to request more to come to a rescheduled appointment. What’s the assurance that this appointment will disappear? I’ve heard great things about you guys, I was really looking forward to seeing you all.

I went to eyedoctors on the 7th. Two weeks and I still can't get them to get with my insurance (the VA) so I can order glasses. I don't know who dropped the ball, but nobody seems to care. Why get my eyes checked if I can't get new glasses? Thanks for nothing.

I got a bill dated 10/02/19, for services from a year ago, 10/08/2018! We haven't even lived in the state since November. I'm so frustrated. I saw the doctor, ordered glasses, and came back and paid the balance in full. This is the first I've heard of it and we had our mail forwarded.

It is very apparent that they do not know how to deal with special needs children, I took my autistic daughter there for glasses and the doctor was very rude because my daughter was scared to get the drops to dialate her eyes. The doctor told me if my child wouldn't calm down then they were not going to even see my child. They are very rude. Ive also been trying to reach them to see if there is a warranty for my daughters glasses and still have yet to get a response .
