2 months later and We still do not have my daughters glasses that were ordered for her. That should tell you all you need to know. HORRIBLE customer service.

I went to eyedoctors on the 7th. Two weeks and I still can't get them to get with my insurance (the VA) so I can order glasses. I don't know who dropped the ball, but nobody seems to care. Why get my eyes checked if I can't get new glasses? Thanks for nothing.

RecommendedI had my first experience here this week. all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Danielle was the stylist who helped me with frame choice, etc. she was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed chatting with her as we went through the pricing and ordering process, she helped me to feel very comfortable and confident with my choice of optometrist offices.
tried to get my quote adjusted with my wifes insurance. not another customer in the building. and the little girl at the door would not put her phone down or look at my paperwork. just kept saying by appointment only bit there was not another customer there. she was entirely too into her chat thread.
I took my son there and every time we walked in there the staff made us feel unwelcomed. They were always rude. Even when my young daughter would talk they would give her dirty looks, almost as if kids were an inconvenience to them. I switched to the office on Gage and so far so good!
