Not a great place to take kids. One of the staff just stared at my child while I was trying to calm her. My three year old hadn’t ever been to an eye doctor before so she was scared and didn’t know what was going on. The lady in the room with us didn’t even acknowledge my child, didn’t even talk to her. She then told me I could go sit back down in the waiting room till my child was calm. The doctor was also snippy about my kids being scared. I definitely don’t recommend taking your kids there.
Every time I go I have the best experience. The entire staff is polite, professional and helpful. Although I couldn't afford their glasses they didn't shame me for asking for script to go somewhere else. A sign of a true professional!
They are the very very best. Been going there for years. They are completely professional and I would recommend them to everyone.
The front staff were very helpful and friendly....but my rating is a reflection of the dr. I had seen this particular dr previously, and never had any problems until today. The dr found a problem with my eyes due to my personal care of them and instead of being nice and explaining the situation I was called a "contact abuser" and was told that "her license was on the line" if I didn't change my ways. Staff has always been friendly, and the doctors are great!!
Horrible from start to finish. They do not communicate and or listen. I will not be coming back or recommending.
After several broken frames (8 yr old boy rough) in the last year, I wasn't looking forward to another visit. But today, was different. A lady happily greeted us with a smile. She asked if we could wait while she looked for new sides. After a brief wait, she reappeared with two new sides! We walked out with a happy kid! Wonderful service today!!
Definitely not coming back on this place... the doctor is great but the people work in the front are rude and liar, i come to get a contacts fit in and i want with colors. They give me only one eye(not pair) sample its kinda weird coz when i do this to walmart place they give 5 pair sample.. i call and asked if i can get the other pair to try it on. I got hold 3times just to asked for sample?? And the lady argue with me why i need it and when i said never mind she said to come in and she can give me.. i come same day but whe... read more
