First time I called to schedule appt was put on hold for 20 min before receptionist got back on the line to tell me she would call me back. Never did. That should have been my sign not to try again. Tried again next day, scheduled appt. When I arrived receptionist was rude and acted annoyed I was there. Dr didn't listen to what I was saying, felt like they just wanted me in and out. They ordered some trial contacts for me to try out. Made me pay $7.50 to have them shipped to my house because I live over an hour away. I work ... read more

I ordered 2 pair of glasses 3 weeks ago and still don't have them. I've called and each time get we'll check and call you back. Never have they called me back. I did get a call saying my nose bridge was in. I didn't order a nose piece. This was after the 1st time I called and was told they would check the status. obviously that wasn't done or they would have seen that only a nose bridge was ordered not a COMPLETE set of glasses. what pisses me off the most is how each time they just blow me off and not follow threw.
