Very thorough exam. I did not feel rushed like a lot of the other places I have been in Knoxville. Love my new glasses!!
I have been wearing contacts and glasses for the past 15 years and this was the best Optometrist I have been to.
You may get accused of stealing from them. I went in last Tuesday for an appointment for glasses and contacts. I got a call today (the following Tuesday) reminding me of my check up appointment AND then she accuses me of stealing frames from them and demands I return them. Excuse me?! I went in to try to clear it up and they wouldn't even try to reason with me. I have the whole conversation recorded! They are ridiculous there! Go somewhere else!!
