No communication whatsoever. Never got eye exam, yet she said she was taking me to the back to get one. Basically rushed me and never even told me anything about my vision. I noticed she was VERY attentive to my boyfriend 😏. Went more than the extra mile, even asked receptionist her opinion about how the glasses looked on him. I asked a question and she was so busy going 100 miles for my boyfriend that she never answered. I ended up just asking if I was done. This is the most professional eye center I have ever been to. The staff is very attentive and goes above and beyond. For example, I forgot my insurance card at home and could not remember what insurance I had, and the receptionist looked it up, printed it off, and even laminated it for me. I couldn’t believe it. The optometrist was very kind and patient during my exam. She even gave me her professional opinion on which frame would look best for my face. I will certainly be going back.
