RecommendedFrom the time of checking in to checking out, my experience at the Graves Mill office was AWESOME! I was nervous about having to have cataract surgery to begin with, but all the ladies doing the test as well as those that were in training , made my fears disappear. My rating is a 0—Dishonest—My daughter who is a Liberty student called to schedule an appointment for an annual visit and to get glasses and a RX for contacts. They charged her a $70 co-pay vs a $10 co-pay. They scheduled her for 2- appointments. A MD and a OD.. VSP will be charged 2- visits, and she only needed her annual visit, our insurance is very good. Took my kids there for an appointment. They have the most unfriendly staff. They were so rude and disrespectful I left before seeing a doctor.
