Dr. Bowman was very friendly & thorough & l loved her sparkley glasses... So fashion forward! She was also so helpful in answering some questions I had about my eye health! The absolute pro y'all have in the fitting department, Patti, was so kind & extremely helpful. She helped me find the most flattering glasses! She also was very knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and what portion would be covered vs. what I'd pay out-of-pocket. This was the worst experience ever in getting contacts for my son. I have used several optometry locations as my son has been wearing glasses since he was 5 and he is 17, and this being his 1st contact experience has been a nightmare! I will NEVER use them again!!!
I don't trust these guys. Tell you one thing then a bill shows up. Took my business elsewhere. Had no interest in understanding what caused the misunderstanding. They were right period. We accept cash or credit!
