I needed inexpensive glasses to prepare for cataract surgery. The EyePlace hooked me up. I heart the Spittles and their OUTSTANDING practice.
Had a very good experience at the eye place here in Midlo. Dr.Bowman was wonderful with me and my children. She and her staff were very sweet and thorough! The staff in the frame and lens shop were excellent as well! They caught a rather large mistake on my lenses as soon as they were shipped to the store and immediately had them fixed. I had to wait a couple extra days, but to have the correct lenses the first time I put them on, it was worth the wait.
I had a fantastic experience there. Dr. Bryan and the staff there were professional and hilarious. They made my day. I totally recommend going there. I had lots of help from the team checking my eyes and looking for new frames for my lenses. I thought it would be hard but they new what they were doing and made the experience easy.
I was so impressed how you calculated when I would run out of my contacts and sent me a reminder text message to order more!! You guys are amazing!
We LOVE Dr. Mittmann and have been seeing him for years. However, the staff needs to be trained in ACTUALLY RETURNING PHONE CALLS! It is very frustrating that you can not get an actual live person. You can email, leave a message, then seem to wait in a black hole. Have been waiting for a few weeks for return calls for re-order of contacts. We have left several messages to no avail. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Location is easy to find. I see Dr. Mittman and have been for a long time. They are awesome!
