I’m not quite sure how to review this properly since the encounters were so varied. I had always heard good things about the doctors here, but I have never been and was not due for an exam yet. Since our local optometrist retired and Columbus is the closest for us (we are 25 min away), I brought some of my family that were due to get their eyes checked for glasses. The optometrist was great. He did a thorough exam and my lenses are perfect. But....the lab LOSt my frame...they needed my frame to make the lenses. Then when I went to pick up my glasses, the FRAME WAS NOT THE CORRECT FRAME!!!! I cannot settle for the frame they used and now I have to make another trip when the correct frame comes in.
Booked an appointment online. I took time off work and when I arrived they told me the soonest they could see me was in 2 weeks. No one tried to call or contact me ahead of time to let me know before I arrived.
