I had a great experience. I had took my 8 year old son for an Eye exam. The employees are so sweet. They gave him cookies. He loved it. It turned out he needed glasses. We went right over to the optical. Jose and Brian are awesome! Thank you for taking such good care of my Son. :-D
The waiting time seemed incredibly long. I witnessed many elderly people, most with disabilities i.e. canes and walkers, having to sit for a long time, left wondering why they had to wait for a half a day to see a doctor. Another patient complained to me, how she had suffered an infection too, and was dealing with follow-ups since Jan and this is July 2017. The same woman said she even had difficulties having someone return her urgent call for needing an emergency appointment. The staff was nice. The facility seemed clean en... read more

Cataracts, both eyes. GREAT place to have it done. GREAT Docs, great staff, reassuring, helpful and friendly; great facility. Explained every step, answered every question before I asked, and as a medical products engineer, I had a lot. Got EXACTLY what was explained. Would do it again and recommend it to family in a heartbeat. Eye Institute of West Florida, Doctor Robert Weinstock, and the entire staff EXCEEDED my EXPECTATIONS.
