I had a great experience with Dr. Kirsch and staff! At my consult for laser treatment of my retinas, Dr. Kirsch was extremely knowledgeable, answered all questions, and made me feel very comfortable with scheduling my treatment for the following Thursday. Dr. Kirsch performed the procedure, and all went well. As soon as my procedure ended, I had a vasovagal reaction, and almost passed out. This was just how my body reacted and was no fault of anyone. I had cataract surgery elsewhere and paid twice what my husband paid at Eye Institute for the same surgery. I had multiple problems following surgery. He had none. We have been patients at Eye Institute for more than 10 years and have received excellent care. Our wait times have never been long. We have always been treated courteously and when my husband scratched his cornea and was in excruciating pain, his doctor came in at night on a weekend to see and treat him.
