3 1/2 hours waiting for a doctor is so beyond ridiculous. You need to get your crap together. This is unnecessary and completely unprofessional. Especially when we have an appointment and we can see groups of your staff socializing. I'd complain to whoever is in charge but I assume that's a doctor and he only cares about getting paid, otherwise this place wouldn't have the horrible service it has. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to your joke of an office.
